Q: How long will I get a reply from my enquiry (thru Contact Us)?

A: sshayi.com values all her customers but will not guarantee that all questions will be answered. Priority will be given to our registered customers and we will strive to answer all the questions from our registered customers. So please register with us at sshayi.com before sending us your enquiries especially if you are to enquire about the technical or pricing aspect of our products. But usually we will reply to you within 24 hours.


Q: How would I know that my order has been accepted?

A: We have an order processing platform. We will send you an email within 24 hours upon receiving your order.

Where do you ship to?
A: We ship to most international destinations by Hong Kong registered airmail, EMS and other express shipping. Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery restrictions in your country. We can also ship to PO Boxes and Military addresses, only if you provide us a clear and correct address.

Please note:

*Shipping and tracking capabilities are not available for packages shipped via Hong Kong post registered airmail.
*Tracking numbers are only available for packages delivered by EMS Global Express, TNT, DHL and UPS.
* Not all shipping methods may be available.
*Exact shipping prices are unknown until you proceed through the checkout process.
*Additional fees such as taxes, duty, or brokerage may be requested upon delivery or billed in the future from your local customs service.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: Please remember: All orders are supposed to be shipped out within 48 hours upon receipt of your payment confirmation. If your order fits all authorization criteria then it will be shipped on time.
We do not ship or deliver on weekends and holidays.

US. Canada and other Asian Countries- Delivery time = 7-10 days
UK, France, Spain and other major European countries- Delivery time =1-2 weeks

EMS to:

US. Canada and other Asian Countries- Delivery time = 3-5 days

UK, France, Spain and other major European countries- Delivery time = 5-7 days

Shipping to Some remote countries is much more expensive, so if you do not range to any of the above countries, please contact us for shipping cost confirmation.

 

Q: From your site, I see that there is no way to specify a size I want next to the item title. So how do I let you know the size I want?

 A: Yes, this is a very important question! It is just a restriction of the web design. While you can leave a note in Leave a Message. Or you can email us your order list in case of a mistake.

 

Q: Can I do a combined size suit, like 52\34 (the match size is 52/36)?

A: We will try our best to meet all your needs. So just specify the size you want in the note or email us. If we can not meet your needs, we will email you within 24 hours.

  

Q: Will I be able to track my shipment? And how?

A: You will always be able to track your shipment. Once your order is placed you should receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. This email will contain your tracking number which can be looked up on http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp

 

Q: Will I have to pay for taxes and customs duties£¿
A: Usually, buyers are not supposed to pay any extra fees. While in some rare cases, when buyer¡¯s native customs charge him customs duties, buyer is supposed to pay.

Q: How can I pay? Can I pay by personal check, money order or credit card?

A: You can pay with Paypal, Western Union and money order. Credit card payment is accepted, too. While we do not accept personal checks. 
Money orders are a form of payment that can be purchased through a
Western Union or a bank for cash.

Placing a money order is just as easy as placing a regular order with your Credit Card or ATM debit Card.

 

Q: I saw a product which is no longer online. Will you be getting it in again?
A: Normally, all products shown on the website are part of a one-time supply and so it is unlikely that we can get the same product in again. If there is something special you saw and can't find anymore, write us at clothingseller@sshayi.com or bagseller@sshayi.com and we'll try to see what we can do for you.

 

Q: I want to purchase an item that I see online, but you don't have my size/color. Will it be coming back in stock?

A: Unfortunately, most items are not restocked. We like to keep our inventory fresh and full of the season's newest styles. You can contact our Customer Service Representatives / Personal Shoppers with the style number so that we can check on a restocking date

 

Q: I just ordered something, but now it's on sale. Do you honor price adjustments?

A: Yes, we do issue price adjustments, however your order must have been placed no more than 7 days before the price change was made. Please have your invoice # ready and write us to see if you are eligible for a price adjustment. Your inquiry must be made within the 7 day window; inquiries made after will be denied. Price adjustments will not be issued if your order has already received a discount (including price adjustments, promotional codes, etc...)

 

Q: Will I be able to send items back to receive a refund?
A: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first thirty (30) days, you may return it for a refund or immediate replacement. Please note that products must be unworn and in the state you received them. Please also note that shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error. A 10% restocking fee may also apply in certain instances (this is not the case, however, if you decide to exchange the product for another one on our website).

Q: I need to return a product, what should I do?

Q: How long will it take for my refund to be issued?
A: Refunds or exchange coupons are processed within two business days from receipt of goods in our warehouse. Depending on your bank or on the type of credit card used, credits may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.
